Our Factory
Shenzhen Junson security have 2 factories, one is located in dongguang, main production line is solenoid lock, electric cabinet lock, another is located in zhongshan, main production line is magnetic lock, electric lock, electric strike and so on. We have about 100 employees. We have 10pcs auto grinding machine, 5 pcs auto winder machine.

Strict Quality Control of Production
a) Raw material control
At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantities from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
b) Quality Control
b1. QC in workshop
Four supevisors will check to make sure products meet quality
b2. QC in packaging
Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging.
c) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 12 hours, and will response in 24 hours with feedback and solution.
